How do I place an order?
How long do you take to reply?
Most replies may be expected within 24 hours.
How long in advance should I place an order?
7 days or more will be very much appreciated. Please note that if our schedule is packed, we may not be able to take in orders even if they are placed 7 days in advanced. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. However, we may be able to take some last minute orders, depending on our production schedule.
Orders are queued on a first come first serve basis, based on when payment has been made.
When do I need to pay / when is an order confirmed?
Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
What are the modes of payment?
You can make payment by:
- bank transfer
- PayNow
We will provide the relevant account number for payment. Kindly screenshot or forward the completed payment details to us.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation allowed once payment is made. All orders are final.
Is there a minimum order?
For regular cookie container [approximately 9.6cm (width) by 10.9cm (height)], there is a minimum order of 2 containers per variety along with a minimum total charge of $50.
For mini cookie container [approximately 8.3cm (width) by 6.5cm (height)], there is a minimum order of 4 containers per variety along with a minimum total charge of $50.

Are your products Halal?
Our products are not halal certified. However, we do not use pork or lard-related ingredients.
What allergies and dietary requirements will I need to consider?
Most of our products contain gluten. Some contain nuts and dairy. If you have any dietary concerns, please email us before placing an order and we will gladly advise you on this matter.
Do you have gluten-free / sugar-free / eggless / dairy free treats?
Our brownie cookie is available in a gluten free version.
Our almond crumble is vegan.
Our kisses collection and cranberry shortbread are eggless.

Do you provide delivery?
We outsource delivery to a third-party delivery company. The delivery charge will range from $10 to $20, depending on your location.
Please note that dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from delivery issues or unforeseen circumstances, which we cannot be responsible for.
It is important to ensure that someone is at your delivery address to receive the goods. In the event that no one is home during the time slot chosen, orders may be returned to us and can be collected during operating hours from the address listed. There will be a surcharge for re-delivery if requested. If instructions were given to the driver to leave the products outside the premises, we will not be responsible for the conditions and loss of products thereafter.
Please check that all products are in good condition when you receive them. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed. If there is any error or damage found, please inform the driver immediately.
Can I specify a delivery address and timing but change it afterwards?
Where possible, we will try to accommodate any request to amend an order, however this will be subjected to an amendment fee by our third-party delivery company.
If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery person will call the number provided on the invoice, and will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes as they have other deliveries to do. If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, we will email you. You will have the option of re‐delivery or self‐collection. Re‐delivery charges will apply.
For self-collection, where do I collect the products?
You may collect your pre-ordered products from

Self-collections must be collected before closing time of the day/date chosen. Cakes that are not collected by then will be kept for collection on the next working day. However, if cakes are not collected within 1 day from the stated collection date, it will be discarded and refunds will not be entertained. This is to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Cookies not collected within 7 days of stated pickup date chose will be disposed of due to storage constraints.
Please check that all products are in good condition when you collect them. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after collection. If there is any error or damage found, please inform our staff immediately.
